(Collier County, Florida) A 35-year-old Sarasota woman, Melissa Millard, was arrested after showing her breasts to a Florida Highway Patrol trooper during a traffic stop.The trooper said she unzipped her jacket showing her chest.Millard was booked into custody on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer.
The trooper said when he tried to close her jacket, she lunged forward and began fighting.
