Texan Gets 101 Years Prison for Sex with Girl, 12

(Taylor, Texas) A 29-year-old local man, Todd Wiseman, has been found guilty by a jury of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

The victim is a family member but her relationship to Wiseman hasn't been reported.

For the aggravated sexual assault charges, the jury set Wiseman’s punishment at 45 and 37 years, respectively, and on the indecency charges, he received a total of four, four, six, eight, 15, 14, 10, 19, 12, 14 and 15 years.

Judge Burt Carnes, of the 368th Judicial District in Williamson County, immediately imposed the sentences and issued an order of consecutive service that converted the individual sentences to a total sentence of 101 years in prison.

Half of his sentence must be served before eligibility for parole.
