(Memphis, Tennessee) A 23-year-old guidance counselor at a local school, Cinnamon Davis, has been accused of liquoring up and engaging in sex with a 17-year-old male student.

Davis has been charged with statutory rape.

The victim's mother told police that her son did not come home the weekend of May 27, according to a police affidavit.

Two days later, he returned home at about midnight, eventually telling his mother that he had been staying with his guidance counselor at her apartment…

Davis was booked into custody with bond set at $25,000.
