(Long Island, New York) Jennifer Jimenez filed suit in Queens Supreme Court against New York City Schools claiming administration personnel did not protect her 16-year-old daughter Jessica from bullying which caused the girl to attempt suicide.
The New York City Law Department declined to comment on pending litigation.
