Utah Educator Moonlights as Burglar

(Morgan, Utah) A dance instructor at Morgan High School, Josie Foster, was accused and recently convicted for burglary and theft offenses.
According to County Attorney Jann Farris, Foster broke into her student's homes and stole prescription drugs on Oct. 21 and Oct. 28.

"This is several different sources calling the police on separate occasions, missing drugs, and the common denominator happens to be Mrs. Foster," Farris said.

Farris said Foster was very methodical about how she planned her attacks.

"We think she typically drove to their house, made a call, if they weren't home, she'd enter the house," Farris said.

As part of her plea deal, Foster must pay back those families, as well as go through drug treatment.
So, desire for drugs turned a high school educator into a burglar.
