(Buffalo, New York) In September 2011, Duane and Pamela Kneepel, 61 and 53 respectively, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to charges related to manufacturing marijuana at their residence in Cambria, New York.

This week, Duane Kneepel was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release for conspiracy to manufacture marijuana. Pamela Kneepel was sentenced to one year of probation for maintaining a drug-involved premises.
U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara also ordered the Kneepels' home to be seized in forfeiture along with 19 firearms and ammunition.
