(South Bend, Indiana) A 32-year-old bus driver for South Bend Community School Corporation, Monisha Simpson, has been accused of engaging in sexual acts with a 16-year-old Clay High School student.Simpson faces two counts of child seduction.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Simpson picked the 16-year-old up at school, and he spent time at her home with her children.Simpson was booked into the St. Joseph County Jail with bond set at $2,000.
The teenager told authorities he was 18. The South Bend Tribune reported that under Indiana law, a school employee cannot have sex with a student under their supervision.
