Oregon Woman Gets Prison for Sex with Boy, 4

(McMinnville, Oregon) In August 2011, 32-year-old Carisa Wimp was arrested for heinous sex abuse of a four-year-old boy.
Detective Sam Elliott said in a probable cause affidavit that a sister borrowed Wimp’s cell phone and discovered an image of Wimp bathing with the boy. She and the boy’s father contacted the police.

When Elliott confronted Wimp, she said she had accidentally taken a photo of the two of them in the bath together, and had since deleted the image.

However, Elliott enlisted Newberg-Dundee detective Michael Clark in a forensic examination of the cell phone’s memory card. It revealed images of Wimp engaged in a variety of sex acts with the boy, and a subsequent search at her residence in East Multnomah County showed additional images.

At the hearing, [Deputy District Attorney] Wiles told the court, “It didn’t stop there. She traded images with another party on the internet,” including images depicting acts of bestiality.
This week, Wimp pleaded guilty before a disgusted Judge Ronald Stone to counts of first-degree sexual abuse and using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. As a result, Wimp was sentenced to 160 months in prison - 13 years and four months.

Wimp will also serve three years of post-release supervision, pay court fees and register as a sex offender for life.

During the sentencing proceedings, Wimp had nothing to say. She offered no apology.
