(Columbus, Ohio) Democrat State Senator Charleta Tavares has proposed a bill to ban smoking in cars in Ohio if children under six years old are on board.
It's not clear whether the proposed legislation applies only to tobacco or if other smoking materials (i.e. salvia, medicinal marijuana) are included.
