(Laredo, Texas) A new form of methamphetamine is reportedly being smuggled in large quantities across the U.S.-Mexico border. Popular on school campuses, the meth is called "strawberry quick" and it resembles pop rocks, the candy that sizzles and pops in the mouth.
Although there have been spotty reports of seizures of flavored methamphetamine, many observers consider "strawberry quick" to be a hoax.
