Ohio Teacher Sends Topless Photos to Boy

(Columbia, Ohio) A 46-year-old fifth-grade science teacher at Columbia Middle School, Michelle Kazmierczak, has been accused of sending topless photos of herself to her daughter's 14-year-old boyfriend.

Kazmierczak faces a charge of disseminating material harmful to a minor.

According to Lorain County deputies, the boy, who was dating Kazmierczak’s daughter at the time, made comments to Kazmierczak comparing her to her daughter. Deputies said Kazmierczak then sent photos of herself in a bra and later of herself topless to the boy, who attended a different school district.

The boy’s father, Tyrone Price, is now facing extortion charges for allegedly blackmailing Kazmierczak after the incident. Police said Price contacted Kazmierczak and asked her for money, jewelry and an Xbox in exchange for keeping silent about the photographs.

Price has pleaded not guilty to those charges.

Kazmierczak was booked and released on $2,500 bond. A court appearance is scheduled for June 21.
