(Brooklyn, New York)
A married Brooklyn high-school teacher pleaded guilty to bedding her 16-year-old student today in a no-jail deal that will also yank her teaching license.

Tattooed Park Slope seductress Erin Sayar, 37, answered, “Yes,” when the judge asked her whether she had sex with teenage football player Kevin Eng.

“The complainant and his family are amenable to the offer,” said assistant district attorney Serena Horowitz.

“They stated to me that they don’t want to see the defendant spend time in jail.”

Sayar had oral sex and intercourse with Eng at least eight times in her James Madison HS office and in her SUV, authorities have said. Sayar allegedly even plied Eng with pot she kept hidden in her school-office filing cabinet.
Specific details of the court's decision are unavailable.

NY Teacher Accused of Affair with Student
[Previous 6/1/12 post]
(Brooklyn, New York) A 36-year-old English teacher at James Madison High School, Erin Sayar, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 16-year-old male student.

Sayar faces charges of rape, criminal sex act, sexual misconduct and sexual abuse.
A damning report by the special schools investigator describes a passionate affair between the pair.

In Facebook messages, Kevin told the teacher “I love you so much” and “I always loved you, since last year.” Investigators also said the student was able to describe tattoos on intimate parts of the teacher’s body and said he’d had sex with Sayar in her SUV.

The relationship came to an end when the teen’s girlfriend hacked into his Facebook account, found the steamy messages and told school officials.

In legal papers filed Wednesday by Kevin’s parents in Brooklyn Supreme Court, Sayar is also accused of giving her student, now 17, pot that she kept in a school file cabinet.

If convicted, Sayar faces up to four years in prison.
Details on booking are unavailable.

Note that James Madison High School is locally called 'Horndog High' because of a history of naughty teacher incidents.
