(Jersey City, New Jersey) Almost there is Gian Verdelli, a 61-year-old groper, who was accused this week of groping a woman on a PATH train.
Mr. Verdelli has been arrested 168 times previously, largely for sexual offenses.
I'm guessing that once Verdelli hits the the 170-arrest mark, he'll be sentenced to community service. It's fairly obvious that the law enforcement community has been unable to rehabilitate, punish nor enlighten Mr. Verdelli.
