Woman Accused of Double Murder

(Hackensack, New Jersey) A 49-year-old New York woman, Monica Mogg, has been accused of murdering her former boyfriend and his girlfriend.
Bergen County prosecutors said Mogg was not happy when her relationship ended with 52-year-old Arthur Noeldechen of Washingtonville, N.Y., and stalked him and his girlfriend, 42-year-old Jung Yi “Lillian” Kim, for several months.

The stalking, which began sometime in June, came to a bloody end in the evening hours of Oct. 30 when Mogg, armed with a .22 caliber rifle and a knife, sneaked into Kim’s Millbrook Road home through an unlocked back door and confronted the couple in an upstairs bedroom, prosecutors said. They said she shot Noeldechen with the rifle and fatally stabbed Kim before fleeing the scene with Noeldechen’s wallet.

Police said they found the bodies inside the home the next day while conducting a welfare check.
Mogg is being held on $3 million bail.
