Motley was arrested this week after an international manhunt.
Police in Denmark notified U.S. authorities after downloading the video in question, said Carissa Cutrell, a spokeswoman for Homeland Security Investigations, a division of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.Motley was apprehended and booked into custody at the Escambia County Jail without bond.
Investigators believe the video was posted on the Internet for the first time Nov. 27, according to Thursday’s the news release.
Unable to identify the woman in the video, Homeland Security obtained a “Jane Doe” arrest warrant and issued a news release earlier this week asking for help. It featured a photo and a detailed description of the woman.
It resulted in a tip less than 24 hours later, Cutrell said.
