Hoosier Woman Accused of Sending Nude Pics to Girl, 13

(Bloomfield, Indiana) A 20-year-old local woman, Anne Marie Emminger, has been accused of sending nude pictures and sexual text messages to a 13-year-old neighborhood girl.

Emminger reportedly faces two counts of disseminating harmful material to a minor.

State police began investigating in December after a parent of the girl became suspicious, took the girl's phone and found several nude photos.

Police said they determined that Emminger sent the 13-year-old seven naked, full-body pictures and several text messages.

When questioned by police, Emminger told detectives that she knew the girl was 13 and that she also asked the girl to send nude pictures to her, police said.

Emminger told police she knew sending the pictures was wrong, detectives said.

Emminger was booked into custody at the county jail and released on bond.
