Florida Teacher Accused of Drug/Alcohol Party with Student

(Port St. Lucie, Florida) A 33-year-old teacher at St. Lucie High School, Elizabeth M. Hatzidakis, has been accused of getting liquored up, taking pills and smoking weed with a 17-year-old male student.

Hatzidakis faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the arrest affidavit the student said he had been supplying Hatzidakis with prescription pills since last June.

In the affidavit the student describe one encounter in which he and Hatzidakis drank Bud light, took Oxycodone pills and smoked weed until they both passed out on her couch.

Hatzidakis was booked into custody with bond set at $19,000.
