NY Educator Accused of Changing Student Grades

(Peekskill, New York) A 53-year-old educator at Peekskill High School, Allison Risoli (aka Alison Risoli), has been accused of changing Regents exam answer sheets from wrong answers to correct answers for two students and thereby giving them passing grades.

Risoli faces two felony counts of offering a false instrument for filing.
Risoli is accused of changing the answers several days after the tests were taken, telling a district data analyst that she had to review the answer sheets.

She then, it is alleged, changed the answers before returning the score sheets to the analyst.
Risoli was booked and released without bail. A court appearance has been scheduled for June 3.
