Alabama Pols Switch to Republican Party

A pair of elected officials in northeast Alabama today announced their switch to the Republican Party.

District Attorney Mike O’Dell and Circuit Judge Jeremy Taylor of the state’s Ninth Judicial Circuit, which includes DeKalb and Cherokee counties, are making the switch from the Democratic Party.

O'Dell and Taylor believe the Democrat Party has changed dramatically in the wrong direction.
