Shooting in Gun-Safety Class
(Lancaster, Ohio) Last Saturday, firearms instructor Terry J. Dunlap Sr., 73, was teaching a gun-safety class when he accidentally shot a student.
While demonstrating how to safely handle a gun, Dunlap fired a 38-caliber round that ricocheted into student Michael Piedmonte's arm.
Piedmonte was treated at and released from OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
Since the incident was deemed an accidental shooting, no charges were filed.
Nevertheless, I would suggest that there should be questions about the competency of the firearms instructor. Maybe requalification is desirable.

Hmm, if you were liberal, and for these lessons, you might have to go theoretical and say that the lesson was probably more... catching than, say, an hour or four of dull speaking. Well, and of course, the notion that some eggs must be cracked? I have to think liberalism is what people become because they are so very fail.
Just... spitting out pieces of his broken luck on my way through the afternoon.
This isn't the first time a weapon was "accidentally" discharged during one of these classes.
And regarding a previous post on the site:
