Virginia Woman Hubba-Hubba and Boy, 15

(Newport News, Virginia) A 34-year-old local woman, Amber Gonzalez, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy.

Gonzalez faces counts of indecent liberties with a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police said the incident was first reported by the boy's mother in March, and Gonzalez was first arrested on April 11.

On May 15th, a Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court judge ruled that enough probable cause existed to go forward on the felony indecent liberties charge. But the misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, for allegedly having "consensual sex with a child," was dropped by prosecutors.

But on June 10, a Newport News Circuit Court grand jury indicted Gonzalez on both charges.
