Toy Helicopter Kills Man
(Brooklyn, New York) A 19-year-old model helicopter enthusiast, Roman Pirozek, was killed yesterday when the blades of one of his remote-controlled copters scalped him.
Pirozek was pronounced dead at the scene, the FDNY said. The park, near Shore Parkway and Bay 44th Street, is a sanctioned flying field by the Academy of Model Aeronautics.R.I.P.
The young model flyer was the vice president of the Seaview Rotary Wings club and had his own YouTube channel where he was featured in many videos of his flights.
