(Ann Arbor, Michigan) A 19-year-old local female, Ashley Poe, has been accused of engaging in sex with an underage boy.
Poe faces a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person between the ages of 13 and 15 and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Poe is accused of assaulting the boy — who police call an “at-risk runaway" — two weeks after she was released from jail. She served a one-year sentence for a similar crime, to which she pleaded no contest last year.Poe was booked into custody at the Washtenaw County Jail without bond.
Court records show a bench warrant was issued for Poe after a home visit by her probation officer on Sept. 12. During the visit, the officer found Poe was living with a friend and her infant child in Miller Manor, a low income housing complex in the 700 block of Miller Avenue.
