Ohio Woman Accused of Raping Infant
Koon faces rape charges for allegedly victimizing the infant at ABC KIDZ Daycare in Elyria.
Police arrested Koon after checking up on her boyfriend, James Osborne. Osborne is listed on Lorain County's sex offender website as living at another address.Koon was booked into custody at the Lorain County Jail.
Police arrested him and confiscated a laptop found in the apartment. A police report shows it belonged to Koon and contained a video file of her "engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown infant".
Police had to figure out who the child was.

ELYRIA – Bond has been set at $2 million for Heather Koon, the former day care worker accused of raping two children at ABC Kidz Daycare on Abbe Road in Elyria, during an appearance in Elyria Municipal Court today.
Koon, 25, was arrested last week after Lorain County Sheriff’s deputies discovered video evidence they contend shows she had sexual contact with the alleged victims.
The information came after police arrested Koon’s boyfriend, convicted sex offender James Osborne, on a parole violation and for allegedly failing to register his proper address. Read Tuesday’s Chronicle for more on this story. -
