Florida Teacher Accused of Sex with Teen

(Jacksonville, Florida) A 40-year-old teacher at W.E. Cherry Elementary School, Kimberly Hilliard Brody, has been accused by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office of sexual contact with a teenager.

Brody has been charged with unlawful sexual activity with a 16 or 17 years old victim.

According to a JSO Arrest Report, police were called to the 7300 block of Westland Oaks Drive just before 12:30 a.m. to reports of a suspicious pick-up truck with two unknown occupants.

When officers arrived, they found an individual naked outside of the truck, which was parked in a cul-de-sac.

Brody was found sitting in the passenger's side of the truck with a sweater covering the top of her body and naked from the waist down, according to the report.

Officers learned the individual and Brody were having sex before the police arrived, the report said.
