Utah Boys Ranch Sex Case

(Salt Lake City, Utah) A 34-year-old former director at the Birdseye Boys Ranch, Teresa Lee Cope, has been accused of felony sex abuse of a 15-year-old boy.

Deputies arrested Cope last week.

She is out on bail, and has not yet been charged. It's unclear if Cope has an attorney.

[Sheriff] Cannon says they don't believe Cope abused any other boys, but they are investigating to make sure.

Officials with Heritage Youth Services, which owns the residential ranch, were not immediately available for comment.

The investigation continues.
