Presidents Barack Obama and Francois Hollande warned Russia on Friday of significant new sanctions if Moscow keeps up its "provocative and destabilizing" behavior in Ukraine.Frankly, I'd guess that Putin is not listening.

Let me see if I have this correct.. Oslama Bama and FRANCE just warned RUSSIA ?? I bet they are shaking in their collective Balaclavas..
Yet France is going ahead with the sale of warships to Russia.
Hay, its a $1 billion plus deal.
