Texas Teacher Accused of Inappropriate Relationship with Student

(Abbott, Texas) Former Abbott ISD teacher, Chrystal Miller, has been accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Miller faces charges of indecency of a child, on-line solicitation of a minor and improper relationship between an educator and a student.

A press release said Miller was charged after a student’s parent showed investigators a Facebook conversation he was having with a teacher.

The release says search warrants for Miller’s phone and Facebook account were served shortly after.

According to the release, evidence from Miller’s phone and Facebook account along with a forensic interview of the student led to her warrants of arrest.

Miller was booked into custody and subsequently released on bail.
