Award-Winning Red Snapper

(Victoria, Texas) A 28-year-old fisherman, Joey Beaver, has been awarded a certificate by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department after catching a record-breaking 38.75-pound red snapper in the Gulf of Mexico.

Beaver nailed the snapper about five miles offshore.
