Indiana Teacher Accused of Child Seduction

(Elkhart County, Indiana) A 27-year-old Spanish teacher at Northwood High School, Brooke Wilson, has been accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Wilson faces one count of child seduction . . .

. . . for going on two dates with a student, during which they engaged in “touching, fondling and kissing,” according to court documents filed in the case. A warrant for her arrest was issued on June 24.

If convicted of the class D felony, Wilson could face 6 months to three years in jail and a fine of up to $10,000.

Wilson is scheduled to appear for an initial hearing in Elkhart Superior Court 3 at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 17, according to court records.

Wilson was booked into custody with bond set at $5,000.
