Tennessee Woman Indicted for Sex Abuse of Girl
(Clarksville, Tennessee) A 31-year-old local woman, Teresa Ann Kincaid, has been indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury for alleged long-term sexual abuse of a young girl, starting at age 2.
Kincaid faces multiple counts of rape of a child.
The Department of Children Services received a referral on March 26 after the the little girl, now 4 years old, stated that Kincaid had touched her inappropriately and it hurt, according to a warrant.Details on booking not provided.
When Kincaid was interviewed by investigators, she admitted to sexually abusing the little girl, the warrant said.
