Carolina Woman Nasty with Child, 4

(Taylorsville, North Carolina) A 52-year-old local woman, Carol Diane Britto, has been accused of sex offenses with a 4-year-old.

Britto faces counts of felony first-degree statutory sex offense and felony indecent liberties with a child.

The allegation, according to the release, stems from an incident in the summer of 2012.

According to the release, Alexander County’s Department of Social Services received information that “incidents occurred on church property during their services” involving the suspect and a 4-year-old. The suspect was told of the allegations in August 2013, the release said.

Britto was booked into the Alexander County Detention Center under $750,000 bond.
