Carolina Teacher Accused of DUI, Child Endangerment

(Spartanburg County, South Carolina) A math teacher and cross country coach at Spartanburg High School, Dedra Kiser, has been arrested on charges of DUI and child endangerment.

On Friday, troopers received a report of blue, Chevy Suburban driving recklessly in Charleston County. Troopers spotted the SUV and pulled the driver over.

The Trooper says he noticed a strong smell of alcohol coming from the driver, which he identified as Kiser. There were also seven students in the SUV.

Troopers called the parents to come and get their children.
