Florida Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(Palm Coast, Florida) A local woman, Gabriella Shea Martinez, 18, has been accused of doing the illegal nasty with a 15-year-old boy.

Martinez of Palm Coast was arrested early Friday after a deputy found her and the unnamed boy in the van parked at the library on Palm Coast Parkway, the report states. She was charged with sexual battery.

The deputy on patrol told dispatchers shortly before 3 a.m. that he would make contact with the occupants of the van, according to the report. He shined his flashlight in the rear driver’s side window, saw them together and “instructed them out of the vehicle.”

When the deputy learned the boy was under the age of 16, he called for a medical unit to check on his welfare, the report states. the boy was medically cleared on the scene.

Martinez was booked into custody at the Flagler County Detention Facility and later released on $10,000 bail.
