Montana Huffing Case
(Billings, Montana) A 22-year-old local woman, Christian Noel Costa, has been arrested for huffing while driving with a 5-month-old child in the back seat.
Costa faces charges of felony criminal endangerment, felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs, driving under the influence of drugs and driving with a license suspended or revoked.
Costa was booked into custody with bond set at $7,500.
