Pennsylvania Mom Accused of Giving Cocaine to Baby

(Lancaster, Pennsylvania) A 24-year-old local woman, Tanya Madden, has been accused of giving cocaine to her 6-month-old son.

Madden faces charges of aggravated assault of a child, endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors and possession of cocaine.

Police said Tanya Madden's son became ill in March and was taken to Lancaster General Hospital. Tests found cocaine in his system, according to investigators.

Madden was booked into custody at the Lancaster County Prison with bail set at $250,000.
