Illinois Teacher Accused of Sex Assault of Minor

(Carpentersville, Illinois) A teacher at Carpentersville Middle School, Lindsay P. Anderson, has been accused of inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.

Anderson, 26, of the 900 block of Foxwood Circle in Geneva, is charged with one count of criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated sexual abuse, according to a news release by the Kane County state's attorney's office.

After arrest, Anderson was released on $10,000 bond. A court date is scheduled for June 4.
