West Virginia Teacher Accused of Sex Abuse
(Charleston, West Virginia) A 31-year-old Spanish teacher formerly at Capital High School, Michelle Elaine Ball, has been accused of sex with a male student.
Ball faces a sexual abuse charge related to an alleged relationship with an underage student.
Prosecutors say Ball began smoking marijuana with the teenager and would take him to the movies and on trips. The relationship eventually turned sexual, prosecutors allege.A bond amount of $10,000 has been established.
