Louisiana Foster Mom Accused of Killing Toddler
(Covington, Louisiana) A 41-year-old foster mother, Trenique C. Faciane, has been accused of second-degree murder in the death of a 22-month-old girl.
She is accused of beating Madison Parrott with a hairbrush, shaking her, and dropping her into a bathtub on May 21.Faciane's bond was set at $1 million.
Parrott died at Children's Hospital in New Orleans the next day.
