Tennessee Woman Arrested

Johnson City police said they got a report of a suspicious vehicle, Monday, on N. State of Franklin Road and tried to stop Judy Kiser of Elizabethton.

Instead, they reported she jumped into a vehicle, eluded an attempted traffic stop and endangered the public with negligent driving.

Officers found the vehicle she was driving wrecked into a guardrail on Indian Ridge Road, just west of Brandonwood Drive.
