A former Osceola High School teacher has pleaded guilty to engaging in deviate sexual activity with a student.

Jacqueline Nicole Winberry of Paragould entered a guilty plea to one felony count of sexual assault Monday in Mississippi County Circuit Court.[…]

Winberry was sentenced to 10 years of probation and ordered to register as a sex offender.

So, for deviate sexual activity with a student, Winberry gets probation.
