Tennessee Teacher Faces Child Sex Charges
(Knoxville, Tennessee) A local teacher is in trouble.
A grand jury indicted Serena Rae Milan, 28, on charges of statutory rape by an authority figure, solicitation of a minor, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, and sexual activity involving a minor.Milan was an English Language Arts Intervention teacher. I have no idea what that means. Does it mean that the teacher intervenes in English?
According to the grand jury presentment, the alleged sexual abuse happened between February and July of 2015.
