Teacher's Aide Found Dead

A former teacher's aide facing a prison sentence for trying to have sex with an 11-year-old student was found dead early Sunday and Lakeland police said it appeared she set a fire at her condominium complex and then committed suicide.Sad, eh?
Firefighters found Alecia Dotson, 45, dead of a gunshot wound in the bathroom of unit 6B at 217 Windsor St., said Fire Department spokeswoman Janel Vasallo.
