The Etowah County Sheriff's Office says investigators have arrested and charged a Southside woman for having sex with a student while she was a teacher employed at the county school system.OK
Andrea Elliott Means, 28, has been charged with one count of a school employee engaging in a sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student under the age of 19.
