High School Rapes

(Hamilton County, Ohio) A 16-year-old sophomore at Northwest High School has been charged with raping two students on school property. The student was arrested by sheriff's deputies and confessed to the rapes. Both victims are 14-year-old freshmen at the school in Colerain Township, a suburb of Cincinnati.

There is something seriously wrong with this 16-year-old and the authorities can't afford to slough these episodes off as a juvenile pranks.
