Oil From Libya

The U.S. Department of Commerce has announced that Libya has resumed its former role as a supplier of oil to the United States. Although the oil and gas industry is undeveloped, Libya has proven reserves of 36 billion barrels.

It's probably safe to suggest that Libyan oil is flowing again because of the geopolitical maneuverings of the Bush administration.
