(Cleveland, Ohio) Playboy's Playmate of the Year, Carmella DeCesare, is on trial for assaulting Kristen Hine, ex-girlfriend of Cleveland Browns QB Jeff Garcia, in a Cleveland nightclub.

Hine's attorney said his client is a college-educated woman who isn't a troublemaker. He added that DeCesare is a party girl playboy bunny who went into a jealous rage when she saw Hine at a nightclub.According to Hine, a real catfight resulted where DeCesare was the aggressor, kicking Hine in the head and causing serious neck injuries. The trial continues today.
