Woman Indicted for Sex Assault of Boy Under 14

(Skowhegan, Maine) Last Thursday, a Somerset County Grand Jury indicted 25-year-old Jessica Bowring on three counts of gross sexual assault involving a boy under the age of 14. Bowring was originally arrested in August and released on bail with conditions that she not contact the boy. In September, she was seen violating her court ordered conditions and, as such, was also indicted for tampering with a witness and terrorizing.

No date has been disclosed for followup court proceedings.
