All Citizens Made Organ Donors
Organ Harvest
(Buenos Aires, Argentina) The Argentine Congress has passed a law which classifies all citizens as organ donor candidates unless they explicitly opt out. Although no prerequisite conditions are mentioned in the reporting, it's presumed that the government will wait until a person dies before harvesting organs.

Of course, it would be cynical of me to think that a person's demise might be expedited in order to permit a timely transplant. After all, the slicing and dicing of the dead is now essentially unrestricted.
