Bail Denied in Lodi Terror Case

There's a new development in the Lodi terror case.

From SacBee.com:
U.S. District Judge Garland E. Burrell Jr. ruled that the Lodi properties proposed as collateral and the owners of the properties do not offer adequate assurance that Umer Hayat will not flee to his native Pakistan.
I think Judge Burrell made the most prudent decision. I'm fairly confident that, had bail been granted, Umer Hayat would have disappeared.
